…kflow Every prior validation of headroom_enabled ran in a temporary test workflow, deleted after each check -- there was never a live, ongoing place in this repo where Headroom actually compressed anything, so its savings comment never appeared on a real PR. This repo already dogfoods review/triage/interactive on itself; dogfooding its own context-compression feature the same way is the natural next step. pip is the default install method, already confirmed to work with this repo's OAuth-token-only credential across multiple prior validation runs.

This PR's own dogfood review (once marked ready) will be the first real, non-throwaway test -- expecting to see the "Headroom compressed this run's context" comment land on this exact PR.
